While I’m out indulging in day-after-Thanksgiving shopping and checking things off of my Christmas gift list, I’m sharing with you another list of mine.
For those of you keeping up with my wedding plans, here is the list of things we still have left to do on our list:
- Book transportation
- Book make-up artist and hairstylist for me and my girls
- Find jewelry for me and my girls
- Have our guys buy their groomsmen attire
- Book production company for lighting/reception set-up
- Print all paper goods (save the dates, invites, etc.)
- Taste test reception food
- Order cake
- Order materials for centerpieces and do a mock-up
- BOOK VIDEOGRAPHER (more on this at a later date)
- Shop with Mom and future mother-in-law for their attire
That’s about it. There are obviously some smaller details that are not all that important. And, as you can see, all we really have left are the minor details. Pretty much of all of our big stuff is out of the way, with the exception of a few things above. We made sure to get all of the big stuff out of the way so we had a good 6-7 months to really focus on the details that will help make our wedding the wonderful event we intend on it being.
There are a few things not on that list, that are not high priority for us right now. These items are just what we are focusing on next.
How far have some of you gotten? Were you on top of things or did you procrastinate a bit?
