Wedding week is upon us (well, for me, at least). While posting will continue to be light until my honeymoon return, I couldn’t help but share things I am most looking forward to this weekend. And, here’s your first dose.
I’m looking forward to spending the morning with four of my best friends. Ladies I love, adore, confide in, laugh with, and have shared many a glass of wine with. I couldn’t imagine having anyone else stand up with me on my wedding day. And, I can only hope Lisa captures a few photos like this for me.

Some of us love our pets (me included). So much so in fact that we want to include them in our weddings. I don’t blame anyone for wanting to do this. I quite think my pup is the coolest, more adorable dog on the planet, and if it weren’t for the fact that the Pilot and I are having quite a large wedding with everyone staying in hotels, we would have included her.
So, how do you include your pup if he/she can be there? Any number of ways!

Can’t help but love a sweet and sentimental wedding day accessory. The bride wore a brand new garter on her wedding day, but paired it with her grandma’s. The perfect “something old” and “something blue.”

While it is no secret that I love Colorado, I do love Fall in the Midwest, and the colors. A lot. It is one thing I will really miss once we move. And, this is why.
