My shoes, of course. I have two pair. One you’ve seen. The other is a surprise. But, I cannot wait to wear either pair on Saturday.

Posting will remain light until after the Landlocked Bride’s wedding and return from her honeymoon.
These photos are incredibly too dreamy. Happy weekend to everyone!

I’m type A (in case you’re wondering), so the details are pretty important to me. And, while details are not important to everyone (which is perfectly okay), it really is the details in a wedding that help bring everything together.
See this gorgeous bouquet?

It ties in nicely with these pillows featured on the bride and groom’s chairs at the reception (the wheat).

And, work great with the place card holders (pine cone).

While most guests won’t outright notice each minor detail, they will notice personality and cohesiveness. And, I’m definitely not suggesting spending a fortune on your wedding, because, at the end of the day, you don’t truly need to.Just take the time to plan out the details – make sure they make sense for the wedding, and for you and your significant other, as a couple.
The Pilot and I surely met in a bar thanks to two great friends (who happen to be our maid of honor and best man), but this isn’t about us.
This bride and groom met at a local hot spot here in town, The Dubliner. So, on their wedding day, photographer Clary Pfeiffer snapped a few shots of them visiting the place that started it all.

Don’t you just love when you find out about great hidden gems in town to take pictures or grab a bite to eat? Well, I know I do.
Local photographer, Clary Pfeiffer, shot a wedding recently and had taken some shots of the bride and groom in a great, modern space. And, fitting enough, it was at the Contemporary Art Museum. Not everyone is a fan of this look, but I definitely am! Allows the photographer to really focus on the bride and groom without distracting decor, plus the light that day looked perfect!

Hello gorgeous!
