landlocked bride™ | midwest + mountain west wedding inspiration

plan a modern wedding in the middle of the country

Besides loving the pop of pink with these shoes, how can you not love the bride’s short gown? Perfect Spring wedding ensemble if I don’t say so myself.

Sometimes details are best when color coordinated. So, why not use a good balance of your core colors, but be sure to tie it all together with a neutral, like white.

And, it’s not the end of the world!

Case in point:

Sometimes zippers break or the flowers are perfect, but at the end of the day, you got married, and that’s the part that counts.

Beth recently featured the engagement session of Ardith and Miguel on her blog. Ardith happened to be my little sister on cheerleading in high school (and I do apologize for dressing you up your Junior year). I am very excited that she found a fantastic guy to marry and could not be more happy for them both.

This adorable couple will be getting married in the Philippines this December – and cannot wait to see how everything turns out!

Just in case you’ve been living under a rock. Spring is here.  So much so that here in St. Louis, the weather has been absolutely gorgeous, with an abundance of sunshine.

Not only that, but Spring in St. Louis means the tulips are in bloom all over my alma mater’s campus.  Is it weird of me to say I wish college this time of the year?
