plan a modern wedding in the middle of the country

Well, this isn’t exactly a wedding photo. It’s one better, a video. There’s something so emotional about video from a wedding day – you’re able to see the movement and interactions. (Don’t get me wrong, I’m a sucker for great wedding photography, but the video helps to augment the story even more).

Kristin and Ford’s video is just too sweet, and is even met through surprise as the KU marching band makes an appearance at their reception. #RockChalk

From the Photographer:
Megan and Jake’s wedding photos were amazing on their own, but they had decided before that they wanted to go out a second time to do more! Their wedding was very country, so they wanted a bit more city flair for part of the session. For the other part, Meg wanted to be very brave and get into some rather chilly water for a “trash the dress” session. The dress was never really trashed (just wet), but it was an amazing time with some great photos to show for it!

Not all wedding gowns have to be long. Or princess-poofy for that matter.
