You can really tell when a couple puts their love into their wedding details. Sure, it shows in how pretty or vintage-chic the details turn out, but those much smaller details, like the sparkle in their eyes and the warmth in their smiles bring the photos to life. Gretchen pretty much DIY’ed most of their wedding details, sticking with a cohesive look. Her florist did a fabulous job of tying into her vision. You can even catch some of the bride’s non-wedding projects over on her blog, Splendid Things.

Vintage-chic, Era Chic…love, love, love the floral design. Conjures up Old English harvest festival-type feeling…reminds me of home!

Can you please explain to me your experience you had with the Batavia VFW. I am considering having my wedding here but I am apprehensive because I have never been to or heard any other reviews of weddings held here. I’m curious to hear your opinion please!
