This wedding, more than others, has a truly authentic vintage feel from it. The bride and groom really through through each detail, including down to where the bride would get ready. From Andon’s gown which has that old world feel, to the beautiful shots in the old Union Station downtown, and the dove release during the ceremony.

My Hunter wellies are seriously my favorite rainy spring-time accessory. I couldn’t live without them. (Not to mention they are way better than any snow boot I have ever owned).
I love the rainbow selection for this wedding – the bridesmaids are totally rocking those Hunters all out. And, it’s pretty awesome.

Oh, the warm sun, Chicago skyline and Lake Michigan. I never tire of Chicago shoots on the lake – especially when the couple is adorable and the bride-to-be is wearing a pop of color.
I have returned from a refreshing and fun work trip to Mexico (if you can call that work).
