Completely in love with the idea of brides “making a change” between the ceremony and reception. Either in the form of switching to a shorter dress, or in the form of an accessory.
This bride wore a great taupe-colored belt with her gown for her ceremony.

And, she changed into a black belt for her reception. It’s such a small detail, but it can really make a difference, or leave an impression on guests.

Love when a bride changes, too. I went from shoulder-length veil to birdcage veil to sparkly hair clip and a few people were teasing me about my “costume changes,” but I think most people loved it

My friend did this too! She wore a sheer white/polka dot sash for the ceremony and a hot pink one for the reception!

I bought a second dress for the reception and didn’t end up changing. SO sad.

Popped in to say hello! My dress was tea length, so I felt no need to change!

My plan is to change my earrings between the ceremony and the reception as well as replace my veil with a fascinator. I also really love the idea of changing for your “get away”.
