I HATE carnations and am allergic to them. Don't fill any room with those unless you want someone sneezing throughout your entire ceremony :). Plus, you are correct, you are in a greenhouse. More flowers would be over the top. And, they are perishable. Inorganic centerpieces don't start to droop as the evening goes on. The ranunculus are beautiful!
